As a fourth-generation Pilates instructor, trained under the lineage of Romana Kryzanowska and Kathy Grant, Angela brings a deep understanding of traditional Pilates. She has worked with many clients over the years, helping them rediscover balance, strength, and flexibility through the original exercises of Joseph Pilates.
